At kiaranstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items according to the policy outlined below.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Not show damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at playgamersl619@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item from us.

Processing and Shipping Times

We process returns within 1-2 business days after receiving them. Shipping times for refunds or exchanges generally take 5-10 business days.
